Do I have to be over 18 to purchase online?

When placing an order with Mr & Mrs Robinson via the website or phone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct.

If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol too, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Is there a minimum order?

All wines are to be purchased in 6 pack minimum (6 x 750mL) and are inclusive of GST.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is available in Australia only and is automatically calculated at checkout.

Metropolitan Adelaide - $15 per dozen. Rest of Australia - $25 per dozen.

FREE Delivery for all orders of 5 dozen and over.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered by courier during business hours. If you will not be home, please add instructions for delivery in the notes section on checkout.

Sorry, but we can not delivery to PO Boxes.

You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.

We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances may be unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).

We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

No, we can not deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply a street address for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 7 business days for Metropolitan Adelaide and 14 business days for the rest of Australia. Deliveries may be delayed by COVID if restrictions are in place.

What is your policy for refunds and returns?

If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it. If you are not happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately.
