When placing an order with Mr & Mrs Robinson via the website or phone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct.
It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol too, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
We deliver within Australia only. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Delivery to Metropolitan Adelaide - $15 per dozen.
Rest of Australia - $25 per dozen.
Orders of 5 Dozen and over - FREE Delivery.
Please allow up to 7 days for SA and 14 days for Interstate for your wine to arrive after receiving confirmation of your order. If you have not received your wines in this time frame please contact us and we will trace your delivery.
We will not be able to deliver to PO Box. Physical address must be supplied.
You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.
We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances may be unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).
We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.
Change of vintage
We make every effort to keep the information regarding vintage availability for each wine up to date but from time to time we are unable to supply the vintage listed on the website. If this occurs we will contact the customer prior to sending the wine to confirm that the alternative is acceptable.
Refunds and returns
If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it. If you are not happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately.
